Fresh Pesto-Mozzarella Crostini
Makes about 16-20
- 16-20 Kowalski's Crostini
- 3/4 cup Kowalski's Pesto
- 1/3 lb. ball Kowalski's Fresh Mozzarella, sliced into 16-20 pieces
Arrange crostini on parchment paper-lined jelly roll pan; spread with pesto and a slice of cheese. Broil 6" from heat source until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned (about 2 min.); serve warm.
