Microwave Wisconsin Gruyère Fondue
- 16 oz. (4 cups) shredded Wisconsin Gruyère
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1" cubes
In 2 qt. microwave-safe casserole dish, combine cheese, flour and seasonings; toss to coat. Place wine in microwave-safe measuring cup; microwave on HIGH 1-2 min. Stir into cheese mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM until smooth (7-9 min.), stirring every 2 min. Serve with French bread cubes.
