Mozzarella Meatball Dippers

Makes 8
  • 1 lb. Creekstone Natural 93% Lean Black Angus Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Kowalski's Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

In large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Shape mixture into 8 meatballs; place on parchment-lined jelly roll pan. Bake in a preheated 400° oven until meatballs are no longer pink in center (20-25 min.). Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce.

To Serve: Divide spaghetti sauce among 8 small bowls or custard cups; place a fork in each meatball. Dip meatball into spaghetti sauce and eat off fork.
