- 12 slices French baguette, sliced 1/2" thick
- - Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup Kowalski's Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- - kosher salt
Brush or drizzle both sides of bread with oil; rub with garlic. Sprinkle with cheese and salt. Bake in a preheated 400° oven until edges are lightly browned but interior or bread is still slightly soft (about 10 min.).
