Habanero Mango Coleslaw

Very Easy
Serves 6

3-4 tbsp. Stonewall Kitchen Habanero Mango Aioli

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. fresh grated lime zest

2 cups shredded cabbage

1/2 cup jicama, 1/4" dice (substitute apple if desired)

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup mango, 1/2" dice


In a small mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss with dressing. Chill in the refrigerator about 1/2 hr.; stir before serving.
