Habanero Mango Coleslaw
- 3-4 tbsp. Stonewall Kitchen Habanero Mango Aioli
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. fresh grated lime zest
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup jicama, 1/4" dice (substitute apple if desired)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup mango, 1/2" dice
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss with dressing. Chill in the refrigerator about 1/2 hr.; stir before serving.
