- 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- - sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
In a blender, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 milkshake glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
Note: Add 4 oz. bourbon to the blender, if desired.
