Pumpkin Milkshake

Makes 2
Vegetarian
Ingredients: 
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • - sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions: 

In a blender, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 milkshake glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Note: Add 4 oz. bourbon to the blender, if desired.
