- 6 tea bags or 2 tbsp. loose tea
- 2 strips lemon zest, each 1" long
- 4 ½ cups cold water
- 2 tbsp. superfine sugar
- 1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Stir first 4 ingredients together in a large jar; cover and place in the sun for at least 4 hrs. Remove tea; add lemon juice. Chill and serve over ice.
