Pineapple Berry Smoothie

Very Easy
Serves 4
Ingredients: 
  • 20 oz. canned crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, quartered
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions: 

In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until smooth.
