Total Health Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

One serving provides a full 10 g of protein. It's rich in vitamin C and fiber and is also a good source of calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6.

2 cups (approx.) ice
1 apple, cored and chopped
2 ripe pears, cored and chopped
2 peeled bananas
1 ½ cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen cherries, thawed
½ cup water

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; purée until smooth.
  2. Thin with additional water, if desired.
