Chocolate Refrigerator Cake Bites
1/4 cup cinnamon butter, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) bar Ghirardelli 60% Cocoa
1 pasteurized egg, slightly beaten
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Kowalski's Gourmet White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies, coarsely chopped
- whipped cream
In medium saucepan, heat butters and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved (2-3 min.), whisking frequently. Add chocolate, stirring until melted. Stir in egg until combined; add cookies, stirring to coat with chocolate mixture. Divide mixture among 5 (4 oz.) ramekins or glasses; refrigerate until set (about 4 hrs.). Garnish with whipped cream.
