Spicy Chocolate Almond Bark
4 (2 oz.) Kowalski's 50% Cacao Semi Dark Chocolate Bars, broken in small pieces
1/2 cup Bold Jalapeño Smokehouse Almonds, coarsely chopped
Line 8" baking pan with parchment paper, extending parchment over sides of pan. In microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate (HIGH) 2 min., stirring halfway through with dry metal spoon. Continue microwaving in 10-15 sec. intervals, if necessary, stirring until chocolate is smooth. Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan; sprinkle with almonds. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hr. Lift chocolate out of pan; break into pieces. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
