Spicy Chocolate Almond Bark
- 8 oz. 50% cacao semi-dark chocolate bars, broken into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Bold Jalapeño Smokehouse Almonds, coarsely chopped
Line an 8" baking pan with parchment paper, extending parchment over the sides of pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate for 2 min. on high, stirring halfway through with a dry metal spoon. Continue microwaving in 10-15 sec. intervals, if necessary, stirring until chocolate is smooth. Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan; sprinkle with almonds. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hr. Lift chocolate out of pan; break into pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to serve.
