Peppered Bacon Candy
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. smoked bacon coated in black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Arrange bacon, slightly overlapping, on large broiler pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven; turn bacon. Sprinkle brown sugar over bacon; continue baking until bacon is crisp and deep golden-brown (15-25 min.). Serve immediately, or cool and wrap in foil and refrigerate.
To Reheat: Place foil-wrapped bacon in preheated 350° oven until heated through (10-15 min.).
