Mocha Cream Bites
Ingredients
8 oz.
mascarpone cheese
½ cup
whipping cream
¼ cup
strong coffee, cold
¼ cup
coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
3 tbsp.
sugar
2 tbsp.
Dutch processed cocoa

Kowalski's Traditional Shortbread Cookies, finely crushed
- chocolate-covered espresso beans, for garnish
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone with whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Add coffee, liqueur, sugar and cocoa; beat until well blended.
- Spoon 2-3 tbsp. cookie crumbs into the bottom of 6 (4") glasses; spoon chocolate mixture evenly over crumbs.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; garnish with espresso beans.
