Pomegranate-Cranberry Sauce

Makes 1 cup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup Kowalski's Honey
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

Combine water and sugar in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cranberries, honey and juice; return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop and soften, mixture coats the back of a spoon and reduces to about 1 cup (about 10 min.), stirring occasionally.
