Fresh Peach Sauce

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

1 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced
¾ cup peach or apricot nectar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, cold

Directions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine peaches, peach nectar and sugar over medium-high heat; bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 3 min.
  3. In a small dish, whisk water into cornstarch; add to sauce mixture and cook until thickened (about 2 min.).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butter.
  5. Serve warm.
