Ingredients: 

1 recipe Crème Anglaise (see instructions below)

1 recipe Soft Meringues (see instructions below)

- prepared caramel, warmed

- sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions: 

Pour an even amount of Crème Anglasie (click here for recipe) into 6 serving dishes; place a Soft Meringue (click here for recipe) on top. Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with almonds, if desired. Serve immediately.
