Grilled Chocolate Cheesecake Bruschetta

Ingredients

4 (½" thick) slices Kowalski's Rustic Italian Bread
- canola cooking spray, as needed (optional)
2 oz. Milton Creamery Quark (from the Specialty Cheese Department)
1 oz. Scharffen Berger Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, grated
- finely chopped Kowalski's Honey Toasted Pecans, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mist one side of bread with canola spray, if desired. Grill directly over heat, oiled side down, until grill marks form (about 2 min.). Flip; toast other side (about 1 min. more).
  3. Remove from grill. Spread an even amount of quark on each piece of bread; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
