Lemon Meringue S'mores
- 24 graham cracker squares (12 sheets, broken in half)
- 8 oz. prepared lemon curd
- 12 jumbo marshmallows, cut in half crosswise
Top 12 graham cracker squares (6 sheets, broken in half) with a spoonful of lemon curd; top each with a piece of marshmallow. Place on a baking sheet under a preheated broiler until marshmallow is golden, puffed and toasty (about 1 min.). Top with 12 more graham squares or serve open-faced, if desired.
