Grilled Lemon Meringue "Pie"

Ingredients
½ cup Kowalski's Lemon Curd (from the Bakery Department)
4 Kowalski's Mini Naan (from the Bakery Department)
8 jumbo marshmallows
Directions
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-low heat.
  2. Scoop an even amount of curd on each piece of naan; spread curd over naan, leaving a ½" border around the edge.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut each marshmallow crosswise into 3 round slices; place 5-6 marshmallow slices on each flatbread.
  4. Grill flatbread directly over heat, marshmallow side up, until dark grill marks form and marshmallows are puffed and softened (about 4 min.), rotating naan occasionally to prevent excess charring.
  5. Remove from grill; let stand for 2-3 min. before serving.
