Strawberry Margarita Pie
- 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. superfine sugar
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 5 oz. canned frozen strawberry margarita concentrate, thawed
- - whipped cream
- - strawberries
In small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; press into bottom and up side of 9" glass pie pan, reserving 2 tbsp. of mixture for topping. Bake in a preheated 350° oven (10 min.); cool. In medium bowl, combine ice cream and concentrate; spoon into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; freeze several hrs. or overnight.
To Serve: Cut into wedges; garnish each with dollop of whipped cream and strawberry half.
