Salsa Fresca

Ingredients: 
  • 8 vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup snipped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • - juice of 1 fresh lime
Instructions: 

In a large glass bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Season with lime juice to taste.
