Mexican Baked Beans

1 1/2 cups Kowalski's Enchilada Sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

2 (15 oz. each) cans black beans, rinsed and drained


In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together first 8 ingredients. Stir in beans; pour into a 2 qt. baking dish. Bake, covered with foil, in a preheated 325° oven 55 min. Uncover and let stand 10 min. before serving.
