Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Serves 12

40 oz. refrigerated shredded hash browns

1/2 cup chopped onion

8 oz. Kowalski's Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 oz. sour cream

10 ¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup

1 ½ tsp. salt

1/2 cup crumbled corn flakes

2 tbsp. melted butter


In a large mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Spread evenly in a 13x9" glass baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray. In a small mixing bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly over top. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until heated through (40-45 min.).
