Creamy Fruit Cups

Very Easy
Serves 6
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup honeydew chunks
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

In a glass bowl, combine cream and sour cream; cover. Let stand at room temperature until mixture thickens (8-24 hrs. depending on room temperature). Layer fruit in 1 cup size glass cups. Spoon cream mixture over fruit; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Refrigerate several hrs. or serve immediately.
