Bacon Sausage Kabobs

Makes 10 kabobs
  • 10 slices Kowalski's Applewood Double Smoked Bacon
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Jones Golden Brown All Natural Fully Cooked Sausage, thawed, each cut into 3 pieces
  • 10 knot-design bamboo picks
  • - Kowalski's Coarse Ground Black Pepper

In large skillet, partially cook bacon over medium heat (8-10 min.), turning halfway through; blot on paper toweling. Thread slice of bacon on pick starting an inch from end; add piece of sausage, bringing bacon up under sausage and threading onto pick. Continue with two additional pieces of sausage, alternating with bacon. Repeat with remaining picks. Arrange on parchment-lined jelly roll pan; sprinkle both sides with pepper. Bake in a preheated 325° oven until sausage is heated through (10-12 min.), turning halfway through.
