Easy Lamb Burgers with Goat Cheese
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. curry powder, or to taste
- 2 oz. fresh goat cheese
- - toasted buns or pita pockets, for serving
- - garnishes, your choice: lettuce, tomato chutney, etc.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix lamb with salt, pepper and curry powder; form into four balls. Put approximately 1 tbsp. of cheese in the center of each ball; form a patty, surrounding the cheese with meat. Grill over direct heat on a grill preheated to high until desired doneness (4-5 min. per side). Serve on buns or in pita pockets with desired garnishes.
