Crockpot Apple Crisp

Serves 4
  • - butter
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Kowalski's Vietnamese Cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Kowalski's Granola, flavor of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Wisconsin Natural Acres 100% All Natural Honey
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • - crème fraîche

Butter inside of 3-4 qt. crockpot. In medium bowl, toss apples with cinnamon; stir in granola. Spoon apple mixture into crockpot; drizzle with honey and butter, gently stirring. Cover; cook on LOW until apples are tender (1-2 hrs.).

To Serve: Divide crisp among each of four (6 oz.) ramekins; top with crème fraîche. Serve immediately.
