Turkey Burgers

Makes 4

Ingredients

1 lb. Kowalski's Naturally Raised 94% Lean Ground Turkey
1 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Poultry Seasoning
4 burger buns of your choice (such as Kowalski's Pretzel Buns or Sweet Egg Buns), lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: mayonnaise, fresh baby spinach, Stonewall Kitchen Apple Cranberry Chutney, thinly sliced red onion and sliced tomato

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
  2. Using clean hands, mix turkey with seasoning in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 4 patties.
  3. Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 5 min. per side), turning once.
  4. Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
  5. Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
