Grilled Chicken Breasts with Black Bean Confetti Relish
- 4 Kadejan Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- - Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- - Black Bean Confetti Relish (recipe link below)
Rinse chicken under cold water; pat dry. Brush both sides with olive oil. Using direct heat cooking method, grill chicken (HIGH), covered, until no longer pink in thickest part of breast (5 min. per side), turning once. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
To Serve: Top each chicken breast with 1/2 cup Black Bean Confetti Relish; serve immediately.
Good to Know: Use the Black Bean Confetti Relish over your favorite grilled fish, as a salsa with tortilla chips or serve as a side salad.
