Scallops and Pasta in Garlic Herb Cream Sauce
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Season scallops lightly with salt and pepper; set aside. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter with Parmesan Creations®; add scallops, sautéing 3-4 min. Stir in cream and wine; simmer until sauce thickens slightly (3-4 min.). Drain pasta; toss with cream sauce. Divide among 4 pasta bowls; garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
