Broiled Salmon with Mango Salsa

  • 4 salmon fillets, 1" thick, about 4 oz. each
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • - kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Kowalski's Mango Salsa

Arrange salmon, skin side down, in a glass baking dish brushed with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon 6" from heat source in preheated oven until interior of fish turns opaque and fish reaches an internal temperature of 145° (about 10 min.). Serve topped with salsa.
