Ingredients
1 ½ tsp.
finely grated lime zest
¼ cup
Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
2 tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp.
low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ lbs.
fresh sea bass fillet(s), skin removed
½ tsp.
kosher salt
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients (through olive oil). Pour half of the mixture into a zipper-closure food storage bag; set remainder aside to reserve. Place fish in bag of marinade; refrigerate for 30 min., turning bag several times to coat. Remove fish from bag; discard bag of used marinade. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish. Bake in a preheated 450° oven until fish is just opaque in the center (8-10 min.). Sprinkle with salt; drizzle with reserved marinade. Serve immediately.
