Big Woods Blue Butter
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup crumbled Shepherd's Way Big Woods Blue Cheese
In small bowl, mash butter and blue cheese until thoroughly combined. Shape mixture into a cylinder; wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
To Serve: Cut blue butter into 8 slices; place on top of grilled meat of your choice and allow to melt.
