Apricot Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Serves 4
  • 1 lb. Kowalski's All Natural Pork Tenderloin
  • - kosher salt
  • - cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 3 tbsp. apricot preserves

Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine mustard and preserves. Place pork over medium hot fire; grill to an internal temperature of 145° (12-15 min.), brushing mustard mixture on both sides of pork during the last few minutes of grilling. Let stand 5-10 min., covered, before slicing and serving.
