Arugula Aioli Topped Sirloin Steaks

Serves 4
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained, blotted dry
  • 1 lb. Kowalski's USDA Prime All Natural Sirloin Steak

In a food processor bowl or blender, purée first 7 ingredients. Transfer to a small bowl; stir in sun-dried tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to use. Grill steak over medium heat, covered, to desired doneness (14-16 min.), turning once. Let steak rest 5 min.; slice steak and slightly overlap slices on serving plates. Top with aioli.
