Espresso-Rubbed Tenderloin Steak
- 2 1/2 tsp. Medaglia d'Oro Instant Espresso Powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. Kowalski's North Woods Grill Seasoning
- 4 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks (1" thick)
In a small bowl, combine espresso powder, brown sugar and seasoning; rub mixture evenly over both sides of steaks. Grill over medium-high heat on lightly oiled grill until desired degree of doneness (5-6 min. per side for medium-rare).
