Thyme-Honey Glaze for Ham

Serves 12-16
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. snipped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In small saucepan, melt butter with thyme; set aside. In separate small saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil; reduce to about 1 tbsp. Remove from heat; whisk in honey, Worcestershire sauce and thyme butter. Brush ham with half of honey glaze when it has 1 hr. left to roast; brush with remaining glaze during last 30 min. Continue roasting until glaze is deep golden brown and ham is heated through.
