Romesco Sauce

Very Easy
Makes about 3/4 cup
  • 8 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • 1/2 oz. fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup raw skinned almonds
  • 3 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until well blended but still slightly chunky.

Good to Know: This also makes a delicious alternative to traditional basil pesto on pasta, sandwiches and wraps.
