Romesco Sauce

Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients: 

8 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained

1/2 oz. fresh basil

1/4 cup raw skinned almonds

3 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions: 

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until well blended but still slightly chunky.

Good to Know: This also makes a delicious alternative to traditional basil pesto on pasta, sandwiches and wraps.
