Quick Grilled Chicken Fajitas
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (18 oz.) bottle Guadalupe Mountain Mexican Style Fajita Sauce and Marinade
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen pepper stir fry, thawed
1 (12 count) pkg. flour tortillas
- toppings: shredded lettuce, fancy shred Cheddar cheese, sour cream, Salsa Fresca
Rinse chicken in cold water; pat dry. Marinate in fajita marinade 1 hr. Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to high heat. Using direct heat cooking method, arrange chicken breasts on grill rack; grill until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Cut into strips. Toss pepper stir fry with 1/2 cup fajita marinade. Grill on grill screen, tossing to cook evenly. Add chicken strips last few minutes. Serve on warm tortillas with desired toppings.
