Chicken Divan

Serves 6
  • 1 lb. frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Kowalski's Fancy Shred Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Butter a 12x8" (2 qt.) baking dish. Arrange broccoli in bottom of dish. Layer chicken over broccoli. In a small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Spread over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. In a small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until heated through.
