Caprese Panini Sandwiches
- 2 Kowalski's Panini Rolls (from the Bakery Department)
- 3 oz. (about 5 tbsp.) basil pesto
- 1 large tomato, in 6 slices
- 2 oz. (approx.) Kowalski's Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
- - Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Layer each roll with pesto, tomato and fresh mozzarella slices; place top half of roll over fillings. Brush top and bottom of each roll with olive oil; grill on a panini press, preheated to high, until grill marks form and mozzarella begins to melt (about 5 min.). Serve immediately.
