Aioli Sauces for Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Instructions: 

Spread on your favorite sandwich combinations to add a different flavor each time you prepare one. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Chipotle Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 2 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro, 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice, 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 tbsp. tomato paste and 1 tbsp. drained, minced canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 ½ cups.

Pesto Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 3 tbsp. pesto and 1 tsp. minced garlic; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 ¼ cups.

Caper Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 3 tbsp. capers (rinsed and drained) and 1 tbsp. minced garlic; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 ¼ cups.

Peppercorn Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. minced garlic and 1 tbsp. multicolored cracked peppercorns; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 cup.

Tarragon Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 2-3 tbsp. snipped fresh tarragon and 1 tbsp. minced garlic; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 ¼ cups.

Roasted Red Pepper Aioli: In small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil, 1 tbsp. minced garlic and 1/2 cup drained, chopped yellow and red roasted peppers; refrigerate, covered. Makes about 1 ¾ cups.
