Paprika Rub

Very Easy
Makes enough for 3 lbs. chicken parts, beef or pork tenderloin, chops or ribs, or fish
3 tbsp. Kowalski's Hungarian Paprika
1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tbsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; store in sealed container in dark, dry place until ready to use, up to 3 months.
