Paprika Rub

Very Easy
Makes enough for 3 lbs. chicken parts, beef or pork tenderloin, chops or ribs, or fish
  • 3 tbsp. Kowalski's Hungarian Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a sealed container in a dark, dry place until ready to use, for up to 3 months.
