Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed Kowalski's Market Chef's Choice Peppercorn Rainbow Blend
  • 2 tbsp. Robert Rothschild Champagne Garlic Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. snipped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
Instructions: 

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Rub over surface of beef before roasting.
