Major Grey's Seafood Salad

Serves 6

1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined

12 oz. fresh crabmeat

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup sugar snap peas, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Major Grey's Chutney

1/4 cup light cream

2 tbsp. white wine

1 tsp. curry powder

1 head Bibb lettuce


In large bowl, combine first five ingredients; set aside. In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, except lettuce. Stir dressing into shrimp mixture.

To Serve: Line serving platter with lettuce; arrange salad on top.
