Citrus-Dressed Grilled Chicken and Greens Salad

Serves 4
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp. superfine sugar
1 tbsp. Champagne vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
5 oz. organic baby romaine salad
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into strips on the diagonal
6 oz. pkg. gourmet snow peas, ends trimmed
1 cup Kowalski's Roasted and Salted Cashews
1/2 cup julienne-cut Kowalski's Dried Mango Slices
1 cup hulled sliced strawberries
3 red onion slices, quartered, separated into strips

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients; refrigerate, covered. In a large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad; serve immediately.
