Apple Romaine Toss
In a large salad bowl, combine apple juice and dressing, whisking to combine. Remove core from apples; cut into thin slices. Toss apple slices in dressing, coating completely. Lay greens on top of apples; sprinkle with onions. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Toss lightly; serve topped with Cinnamon Sugared Pecans.
