Spinach and Watermelon Salad
- 9 oz. fresh baby spinach
- 16 oz. Kowalski's Watermelon Spears, cubed
- 8 oz. Kowalski's Jicama Sticks
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- - Kowalski's Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 oz. feta cheese crumbles
In large glass salad bowl, toss first 4 ingredients with small amount of dressing just before serving. Gently fold in cheese crumbles. Serve with additional dressing, if desired.
