Cranberry Vinaigrette

Very Easy
Serves 6
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1 tsp. ground oregano
Instructions: 

In a medium mixing bowl, vigorously whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature and whisk again before serving.
