DILL SAUCE FOR FISH: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup Dill Dip, 2 tbsp. small capers, rinsed and 1 tsp. chopped garlic. Refrigerate, covered. Serve on your favorite grilled fish.
HERB BUTTERS: In a small bowl, combine 1 stick softened butter and 3 tbsp. of your favorite snipped fresh herbs. Spoon onto plastic wrap; shape into a log. Wrap plastic around log; refrigerate until firm. Cut off a slice of herb butter and place on top of your favorite cut of grilled beef, pork or seafood.
DRY MEAT RUB: In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 4 tsp. dried rosemary and 2 tsp. peppered seasoned salt. Brush meat with small amount of oil; rub mixture over surface and grill.
SAUCE OR GLAZE: In small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of your favorite jam or preserves. Brush on meat or poultry during last 5-10 min. of grilling.
